Henry Siegel – CEO and Founder

Henry Siegel brings over 30 years of experience as the owner and operator of a Los Angeles-based fitness enterprise. As a pioneer in developing a world-renowned fitness studio model, his business became a leading example for integrating fitness, wellness, spirituality, relationship work, and personal growth services within the Southern California community.

At the conclusion of three decades of being an entrepeneur in the fitness industry, Mr. Siegel was recruited in 2006 as a business development consultant for PEMF Systems, Inc., a manufacturer at the forefront of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology. There, he worked with emerging multi-powered, multi-frequency PEMF systems that offered promising relief for both people and animals facing conditions traditionally treated with prescription and over-the-counter pain medications—often associated with significant side effects. Through his professional journey and personal experiences, Mr. Siegel deeply understands how pain from injury, arthritis, or disease can diminish quality of life.

In late 2006, following the completion of his consulting engagement, Mr. Siegel founded Magnus Magnetica to market and distribute PEMF Systems’ devices, introducing two nationally recognized brands: Magnus Pro and the HERO for human and animal medical and wellness care.

Since 2007, Magnus Magnetica has operated as a family-owned and -operated business, participating annually in medical, wellness, and fitness trade shows across the United States in both the human, equine and Zoo markets.

His work with the equine veterinary community led him to recognize the need for greater support, education, and collaboration for unlicensed equine care professionals. This vision led to the founding of the American Association of Equine Therapists and Technicians (AAETT), with its inaugural conference held in 2017 at the Secretariat Center and Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2018, Mr. Siegel relocated both Magnus Magnetica and his home to Lexington, KY.

With five decades as an entrepreneur and innovator, Mr. Siegel continues to lead the organization’s growth, shaping the future of equine therapy as AAETT’s Founder and former President. He remains actively engaged in developing new PEMF technologies to better serve both equine, zoo and human medical and wellness communities.
