PEMF Device Warranty, Repairs & Service
This page explains what Magnus Magnetica PEMF device warranties cover, what they do not cover, how to request repair service, and what customers should expect before shipping a device or accessory for service.
Contents:
Our Warranty
Magnus Magnetica and its manufacturing partners provide standard warranty coverage on all eligible PEMF 12 volt and 120 volt devices beginning on the original delivery date or original purchase invoice date, depending on the device type. Warranty service generally requires an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), proper shipment to the assigned repair facility, and compliance with warranty terms. Freight, insurance, labor, expendable items, and damage caused by misuse or improper care are generally not covered.
Standard Warranty Coverage
HERO PRO and Magnus Pro PEMF devices are warrantied by PEMF Systems, Inc. to operate properly for three years from the date of the original purchase invoice.
HERO PICO, HERO X1, HERO NANO,, and HERO X2 devices are warrantied by Magnus Magnetica to operate properly for two years from the date of the original purchase invoice.
Delivery loops, Mag Discs, and Mag Mats are warrantied against manufacturing defects for six months from the date of delivery.
Extended Limited Warranty
Extended Limited Warranties are available only when specifically included on the signed invoice or purchased within the allowed purchase window. Customers should review their invoice to confirm whether an Extended Limited Warranty applies and how long it lasts.
Extended Limited Warranties are available for devices sold in the United States and Canada and do not cover any accessory.
- For Standard HERO devices, a one-year Extended Limited Warranty is included only if the device is registered within 60 days of delivery. If the final checklist is not completed and submitted within 60 days, extended warranty coverage may be voided.
- All HERO PRO and Magnus Pro Devices have an Optional 7 year Limited Extended Warranty that must be purchased when the device is originally acquired. The cost of the Optional 7 year Limited Extended Warranty varies based upon the model purchased.
After the original Standard Warranty expires, an Extended Limited Warranty limits the customer's maximum out-of-pocket expense for eligible parts, maintenance, or repairs to $750 in any given year during the Extended Limited Warranty period. Labor, delivery loops, Mag Discs, Mag Mats, power cords, AC adapters, accessories, and spark gap chamber maintenance are not covered by the Extended Limited Warranty.
Any Extended Limited Warranty included or purchased with a new device will not transfer to a new owner, if the original buyer sells the device.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Factory and Extended Limited Warranties do not cover labor costs, freight, insurance, expendable items, or damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper care.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage from dropping, water, excessive moisture, impact, grit, tampering, opened or modified cases, physically broken parts, dirty electrical sources, overstressed accessories, improperly pulled connectors, cracked or chipped Mag Discs, removed serial-number labels, or brand labels that are removed, obscured, or covered by another brand label.
Power cords and AC adapters are expendable items and are not covered under warranty.
99% Uptime Guarantee
For eligible new PEMF devices, Magnus Magnetica provides a 99% Uptime Guarantee during the standard warranty period. For a three-year warranty period, this means downtime should not exceed 11 repair days out of 1,095 warranty days.
Downtime is based on the actual days required by the factory to repair the PEMF device. Downtime does not include time required to obtain an RMA, shipping time to or from the repair facility, or time between facility delivery and the start of repair work.
When a Warranty Repair Is Needed
Customers must obtain a RMA before sending any PEMF device or accessory for service. The repair facility will provide the RMA after the customer submits the Warranty/Repair Form with the required information and electronic signature.
Do not ever ship a device without a RMA. Once the RMA is assigned, the device must be shipped within 14 days or the RMA may be voided and the delivery may be rejected.

Shipping Requirements
Freight and insurance to and from the repair facility are not covered under warranty unless coverage is specifically requested. Customers are responsible for properly packaging the device and protecting it during shipment.
Never ship a PEMF device only in its carrying case. PEMF devices contain sensitive electronic components and may be damaged if dropped, compressed, or mishandled during shipping. Damage caused by improper packaging may not be covered under warranty.
Do not send the power cord or AC adapter to the repair facility unless specifically instructed. Replacement power cords or adapters may be purchased separately.
