Return Policy
Every Magnus Magnetica product is hand-assembled to order — built specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because each piece is made individually rather than pulled from a shelf, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or buy-backs the way a mass-market retailer can. We'd rather be upfront about that, so here's exactly how it works — and how we'll take care of you along the way.
Before you order
We'd genuinely rather help you get it right the first time than have you end up with something that isn't quite what you pictured. If you have any questions about specifications, compatibility, accessories, or which configuration is the best fit, reach out before you order — our team is glad to walk you through it.
Our return policy
- Made to order. All Magnus Magnetica products are assembled per order. Magnus Magnetica, LLC and our factory do not offer a buy-back service.
- After funding or shipping. Once an order has been funded or shipped, it is not returnable, except for warranty service (see below).
- Approved returns within 30 days. If a return is approved within 30 days, a 25% restocking fee applies. This fee is based on the full MSRP of the product and any accessories — not the discounted price you may have paid.
- After 30 days. Products are non-returnable after 30 days.
Warranty — we stand behind what we build
While our products aren't returnable, they are backed by our warranty. If something ever isn't performing the way it should, we'll work with you to make it right through warranty service.
