PEMF Device Selection and Details

• The Rental Configuration form is designed to allow you to select from available devices along with various accessories in order to generate a quote. If "Unavailable" is in the description, please do not select. Call us at 323.680.5411 to double check as sometimes an "Unavailable” device is in the process of being returned
• Month to Month Rentals:
  • There is an option to Rent for less than 6 months, which is at a higher rental rate.
  • Credit for Rental Fees: 100% of the 1st month's Rental fee will be applied toward the purchase of a device if a purchase agreement has been executed within 15 days from the conclusion of the 1st month. There are no rental fee credits for subsequent months.
• Rent for a flat 6 months
  • The minimum and maximum rental period is no less than nor greater than 6 months from the date the order is delivered.
  • Credit for Rental Fees: The buyer will benefit with the application of 100% of rental fees for the first three months, used toward the purchase of a device.
• Security Deposits:
  • $2,000.00 is required for all Magnus Pro Devices.
  • $1,250.00 is required for all HERO PRO Devices
  • $1,000.00 is required for all HERO PICO, NANO and HERO X2 Devices

Funding:

The total upfront payment to commence rental is the 1st month’s rent, shipping fee and the relevant Security Deposit
